Employee Self Service (ESS) is a web based application. Humble ISD employees are able to securely access personal and payroll information. Using ESS, employees have the ability to view and update their personal information, print pay stubs, and view available time off.

Current Employee login instructions:

To log into ESS click log in at the top right hand corner. If you are a NEW or CURRENT employee at Humble ISD, please use the following credentials:

USERNAME:

Enter your MyHumble username (not your employee number)

PASSWORD:

Enter your MyHumble password

Former Employees:

If you are a FORMER employee please use the following login credentials:

USERNAME:

Employee Number

PASSWORD:

First login: Last 4 Digits of SSN

Every login after the first: Your previously set password.
